In 2008 the Aberdeen Group, a research and analysis company, did a white paper on social media entitled Customer 2.0: The Business Implications of Social Media. In this white paper they used SportbikeS.com and myself as a case-study (page 12) and several points of reference, as SportbikeS.com was at the top of its game during 2001-2008.
